What is Tristone and how is it different from quartz?
Tristone is an acrylic solid surface material — not quartz. Unlike quartz, Tristone has no visible joints when installed, can be repaired if scratched, and is thermoformable meaning it can be shaped into curves and integrated sinks. Quartz is harder but Tristone is more versatile for complex kitchen designs.

Can Tristone worktops be repaired if scratched?
Yes — this is one of Tristone's biggest advantages over quartz. Surface scratches and minor damage can be sanded out and buffed back to the original finish. Quartz cannot be repaired this way.

Is Tristone suitable for bathrooms as well as kitchens?
Yes. Tristone's non-porous surface makes it ideal for bathrooms, wet rooms, and vanity tops. It can be fabricated with integrated sinks and seamless upstands for a clean, hygienic finish.
